Abraham Dawod is a writer, director, producer and assistant director based in Toronto. He has been making films since the age of 17 and working in film & television since age 19.

Abraham has directed 15 short films and 1 music video with numerous awards and nominations to his name. His no-budget sci-fi film My Girl, Skelly (2021) has been screened at 12 film festivals around the world and is the recipient of 4 awards, including the Audience Award and Jury Award at The Great Canadian Sci-Fi Film Festival 2021, and the award for Best Student Film at Toronto Film Magazine Fest 2021.

Abraham has worked as assistant director on a variety of productions including feature films, short films, television, music videos and commercials at the indie and studio level.
